When you are ready to apply, please print the application. When you have completely filled out your child's application please return it to the Preschool Office with the accompanying fee.

  • Prior to your child starting our Preschool, please ensure that they are at least 3 years old and FULLY POTTY TRAINED.
  • We would love to meet your child! So, we ask that your child accompanies you on a tour. If that is not possible, we invite your child to explore the classroom on another date.
  • If your child has previously been to another Preschool/Daycare, please print out the recommendation form below, have a teacher from the previous school fill out the form and mail it back to Saint Raphael Preschool at 1100 Fifth Avenue. Please only fill this out if your child has been to another Preschool/Daycare.
  • Once your child has been accepted, you may download and complete the registration forms. After completing the registration forms, return the forms to the Preschool Office with the accompanying registration fee of $350.

Hourly extended care is available at the rate of $10.50/hour.

The monthly tuition payment is for either the 8:30 am -1:00 pm program or the 8:00 am - 5:30 pm program. Both the Angels and the Saints classes have the same tuition cost. Tuition is based on an annual fee divided into equal monthly installments.

There will be no tuition deductions for vacations, illnesses, holidays, professional development days, parent/teacher conferences, or any mandatory closures due to natural disasters (including power outages, poor air quality, etc.). There will there be no make-up days for any type of absence nor is trading days available.

If your schedule for the days you need your child to attend school is different than the options offered above, please speak with our Director to see if there is any flexibility based on our current enrollment.  Please note: if flexibility is given and the school’s enrollment increases, it may be necessary for your child to change their schedule back to the originally offered schedule.

Financial Aid and Scholarships

10% Sibling Discount is deducted from the oldest sibling's tuition.

We accept scholarships and tuition assistance from several programs including: Marin Child Care Council, 10,000 Degrees, and other Financial Aid Agencies. Click on the buttons below to find more information.

Financial Aid is also available through TADS online application. Parents applying for any other scholarships must also fill out a TADS application first. Click the button below for the application website.

Additional financial aid is available from Basic Fund. If you are currently enrolled in the program and looking for information on renewing your scholarship for the 2024-2025 School Year, you will receive an email in early February 2024 on how to renew directly online.
